Your Konsiteo Order
2.5% of your purchase goes to Konsiteo's housing fund. Funds are used to help refurbish local communities (schools, hospitals, etc.). Customers don't have to register an account to place an order. You can also login with Amazon credentials. All products' prices are VAT inclusive. You can see prices in your local currency. After selecting products and completing an order (delivery costs and taxes), the final payment is made in the currency of British Pound (GBP, £). Indirect tax (VAT) is calculated depending on your delivery location. For all exports outside EU (Switzerland), VAT rate is "zero" (0%). You will need to pay a local duty and a local tax in your country of import before collecting ordered goods. Local duty and tax are calculated for a total cost (product price + delivery). Konsiteo's logistics partner is DPD. All the goods are delivered directly from one of our three warehouses in Europe. In the case of unsuccessful delivery, DPD courier leaves the "Notification of Unsuccessful Delivery to the Recipient". The next delivery attempt will be organised within max five days.

We don't use drop shipping and our team packs every order.

Maximum delivery weight is 31,5 kg per one shipment. If you order products with a total weight over 31,5 kg, goods will be transported on a pallet. Please check out a list of our warehouses.

You can track an order, free of charge, from our warehouse to your address (email & SMS notifications). All goods are insured during delivery.
A satisfied customer is our top priority. If goods are damaged or lost during transport, you can get a refund immediately without additional costs, usually within two business days depending on your bank and payment processor.
You have the right to return purchased products within 365 days and get a refund. The period of reflection expires 365 days after the date of receipt of goods. You can request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly by Returns website. You can also send us a Withdrawal Form. You need to send us back all the products within 14 days from the day when you informed us that you want to cancel the purchase.
Refunds will be given when we receive all the goods back. There are no charges for return, original shipping charges are refundable, and we are responsible for return shipping charges. DPD will collect products at your address. You just need to print a DPD shipping label, stick it on the box and that's all.
Note that you can not use the products you received before you decide to withdraw from the purchase. Construction materials which are sensitive to moisture conditions, temperature and other atmospheric conditions during storage, can not be returned.
Products are delivered in a very short period (up to 7 days). Shipping duration estimates relate solely to shipping, and not order fulfilment. All orders are subject to our 1 to 2 working day turnaround time before being shipped.
The customer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of goods, other than that it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the products. If your product is damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us by email or phone. In the case of damage to the original packaging (after delivery), the refund amount will be reduced by a percentage consistent with the value of goods. In this case, you will be informed. Keep all documents related to your order. This will save time and avoid problems if you have a comment or request. Photos of products at the online store are illustrative. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to match the actual appearance of the product. Purchased products are used at your own risk. Be careful while choosing products in various colours because colours in real life can be slightly different from colours which you see on your device screen.
If the packaging has visible damage, we recommend that the buyer refuses to receive the same because there is a possibility that the product is damaged. Delivery service will return the shipment, noting that the consignment contains disadvantage. The ordered products are delivered to your address and your apartment's door if you live, e.g. in a multi-storey building.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna (Pay After Delivery).
You can also pay by internet banking transfer. We use the most secure online payment method. The American Express customer service hours are accessible all the time, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week. If you are calling from outside the United Kingdom, then you need to dial Amex customer care number +44 (0)1273 696 933. Before making a call, you should make sure that the card is handy with you to provide the required details over the phone. Your local American Express phone number is on the back of the card.
When you select Klarna "Pay After Delivery" at the checkout you can purchase with one click without adding any payment details (we just need your name, surname, phone number, email and delivery / billing address).
Once confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna explaining how to pay for your goods at a later date, and we'll send out your order as usual. If you are offered the "Pay After Delivery" payment method, you can then pay via credit card or debit card, immediately after the order, or within 30 days of placing the order via the email, Klarna sends upon completing your checkout. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You will then have 30 days to complete the payment online at your convenience at no extra cost.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna services. "Pay After Delivery" is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing "Pay After Delivery", Klarna assessment will not affect your credit rating. Klarna is unique and offers "Pay After Delivery" based on many factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have had "Pay After Delivery" before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders. If you do not pay within 30 days after receiving your Klarna invoice, you may be subject to charges. If you do not pay the balance within 30 days of receiving your invoice, Klarna will send you a reminder. After your first reminder, if you do not pay the balance, Klarna will send you another reminder, followed by a third reminder after this if you have not paid the balance. If after your third reminder you have still not paid the balance your details will be passed to a debt collection agency which may affect your credit rating.
If you have received your goods, go to Klarna’s payment page, and sign in with the statement number (provided in the email) and the email address you entered upon ordering. If you do not have your statement number, please contact Klarna’s Customer Service. After Klarna has received your payment, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order.
